A second man has been arrested following an allegation of rape during the weekend.

Travis Lopez Williams, 41, was arrested Monday. William Dejon Jennings, 34, was arrested Sunday.

On Saturday, a woman came to police headquarters and reported she had been raped at a party in the vicinity of Brook Avenue and Duke Street, according to city spokeswoman Diana Klink, who added there was alcohol at the party.

The woman reported a man held her down and began having sex with her. Another man also began to touch her during that time, Klink said.

After the incident, the woman left the party and walked to her house, changed clothes and went to bed, Klink said. When she woke up later and told her boyfriend about the incident, he took her to the police department to report the rape.

Jennings is charged with rape and abduction. Williams is charged with abduction and attempted rape.
