Suffolk police have charged a man with aggravated sexual battery for the alleged molestation of a teenage female acquaintance.

Christopher J. Vaughan, 49, is charged with two counts of indecent liberties and two counts of aggravated sexual battery in connection with the alleged incidents, which reportedly took place between 2009 and August 2012, according to city spokeswoman Diana Klink.

The crimes allegedly took place on three separate occasions, Klink said. The victim is 15 years old now.
