The families of Natarsha S. Godwin and Ryan D. Hardy announce their engagement.

She is the daughter of Collette Hunt and Ronald Scott Sr. She is a 1994 graduate of Nansemond River High School and is employed by the Chesapeake Probation and Parole Services and National Counseling Group.

He is the son of Helen Hardy and the late Clyde Whitaker. He is a 1995 graduate of Nansemond River High School and is the owner/operator of Hardy’s Trucking Co.

A September wedding is planned.
