Suffolk law firm Stallings & Bischoff may now be called Stallings, Bush & Randall, but its commitment to the community remains the same as always, Justin Bush says.

The name of the law firm at 143 N. Main Street has been changed after two attorneys left, William Bischoff and Kevin Martingayle, and two ascended, Regent University graduates Justin Bush and John Randall.

“The firm … has been in Suffolk for seven years and is basically transitioning,” Bush said. It’s the same firm as it was before with two new partners. Everything else will stay the same.

“It shows the firm’s commitment to the area.”

The firm also has a presence in Virginia Beach, Southampton County and the Eastern Shore.

In Southampton, Stallings, Bush & Randall is in the midst of building a new office with 6,000 square feet of space.

“The firm has been in existence for over 30 years,” Bush said. “We’re looking forward to the future.”

The renamed firm still has a wide practice area, including appeals, bankruptcy, civil litigation, civil rights and commercial litigation, to name just a few.
