William Monroe Anderson, 79, of Suffolk, Va., passed away Nov. 29, 2008. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Dr., Suffolk, Va. with Rev. Ruffin Alphin officiating.
