Audrey Louise Haynie, 83, of Reedville, Va., passed away on Friday, March 6, 2009. She was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, Reedville, Va. and a past Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star, Suffolk, Va.
She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Braxton Gill Haynie, one daughter; Nancy Haynie Forrester and husband, Richard E. Jr., of Richmond, Va., one son Manuel Gill Haynie and wife, Jo Anne, of Reedville, Va., one sister; Lois F. France, of Reedville, Va., one brother; Charles A. Fulcher, of Reedville, Va., five grandchildren; Baylor Vonbergen, Major Tim Haynie, Michael Haynie, Kristin Dillon and Leah Green, and 12 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at Faulkner Family Funeral Home & Crematory, Burgess, Va. on Sunday, March 8, 2009 from 1 to 3 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel at 3 p.m. Burial to follow at Roseland Cemetery, Reedville, Va.
