William Franklin Norfleet, 86, of Suffolk, Va., passed away Sept. 14, 2009.
A funeral service will be held Saturday, Sept. 19, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Va., with Tim Rawls officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Western Branch Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may join the family Friday night from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the residence.
