Isabell Moody Wills, 92, passed away April 25, 2010 in Florida.
A funeral service will be conducted Thursday, April 29, 2010 at 11 a.m. in the R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home & Crematory, 509 W. Washington St., Suffolk, VA 23434 by the Rev. Robert J. Parks, with burial at Cedar Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
