William Babb “Willie B” Copeland, 74, passed away June 6, 2012. A funeral service will be held Saturday, June 9, 2012, at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Va., with Wayne T. Blythe and Dr. John Corson officiating. Burial will follow at Windsor Cemetery. Friends may join the family Friday night from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and other times at the residence.
