Ms. Dianne O. Blackwell, 47, of 9364 Forest Dr., Ivor, died on Oct. 26, 2002 in her residence.

The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 20, in Mission of Deliverance Church Of God in Christ by Pastor Cynthia Chapman. Interment will be held in Gilfield Baptist Church Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday. Crocker Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of the arrangements.

Betty C. Cole

Betty Cowan Cole, 80, died October 27, 2002, at her home.

Born Nov. 5, 1921, in Little Washington, N.C., she was the daughter of the late Mack Hoyt and Winnie Harrison Cowan and widow of William &uot;Bill&uot; Eugene Cole. Mrs. Cole was a member of First Baptist Church and worked in the nursery for 32 years.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Diane C. and Mike Cardelino of Flower Mound, Tex.; sister, Louise Courtney of Suffolk; grandsons, Lance and Jason Cardelino; great grandsons, Noah and Owen Cardelino.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m., Wednesday in the R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home by the Rev. Charles W. Thompson with burial in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.

Inez S. Frantangelo

Mrs. Inez Skeeter Frantangelo, 83, of 1016-C. St. Andrews Way, Chesapeake, died on Oct. 26, 2002, in Chesapeake Health Care. She was a native of Suffolk and daughter of the late Powatan and Mrs. Arzulia Skeeter and widow of Vincent Frantangelo.

Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Eunice Skeeter of Chesapeake and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

The funeral will be held at noon on Wednesday in Peebles Funeral by the Rev. J.J. Ferguson. Burial will be in the Skeeter Family Cemetery, Meadow Country Rd., Suffolk.

James E. Robertson

James Edward Robertson, 54, of Suffolk, died on Oct. 26, 2002. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday in Parr Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Groves and the Rev. Dolan A. Talbert officiating. Interment will be in Holland Cemetery.
