Justin Wayne White, 22, of Suffolk, passed away April 23, 2012. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, April 28, 2012, at 1 p.m., at the Suffolk Church of God, 205 Kilby Ave., Suffolk, VA 23434 with Pastor Raymond White officiating.
