A late collapse spoiled Nansemond-Suffolk Academy’s bid to send their seniors off on a winning note on Tuesday night, as Ashley Winslow, Ashley Hill and Nicole Edwards fell in their final outing as members of the Lady Saint team, losing 25-16, 19-25, 23-25, 25-23, 15-10 to visiting Norfolk Academy. Edwards smashed four aces in the match, and served her team to a 6-0 advantage in the second game.

Winslow had three kills and two aces.

Seeded eighth in the TCIS volleyball tournament, the Lady Saints will visit Walsingham on Thursday.
