William Oliver Hill, 65, of 1201 Nancy Dr., Apt &uot;M,&uot; Suffolk, died Friday, Feb. 28, 2003, in Southside Regional Medical Center, Petersburg.

He was a native of Nansemond County and a son of the late John Oliver Hill.

He was employed by the Mobile Service Station.

His survivors include his mother, Maggie B. Cross of Suffolk; four sisters, Helen Cross and Rebecca A. Cross, both of

Washington, D.C.; Barbara B. Wilson, Gloria C. Burrus and Rosa L. White, all of Suffolk; four brothers, Willie Cross (Delores) of Cambridge, Md.; John Cross of Washington, D.C.; Israel C. Cross Jr. and Charlie Cross Sr., both of Suffolk; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Crocker Funeral Home, Suffolk by Dr. William P. Wiggins.

Interment will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery.
