Elsie Bailey Hall, 82, was called to rest on Friday, April 13, 2012. A celebration service will be held at noon, Friday, April 20, 2012, at the Emmanuel Baptist Church, Smithfield, by Dr. Eldridge Lucas III. Viewing will be held on Thursday, April 19, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Shivers Funeral Chapel, and the family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral chapel.
