Mr. Thomas Warren Hunter departed this earthly life on April 14, 2012.

He was predeceased by his father, George T. Hunter. He leaves to mourn his memory, his mother, Bessie L. Smith Hunter, of Suffolk; one daughter, Karen Hunter, of Suffolk; three sisters, Emma Hunter, Alice Jordan (George) and Doretha Simpson; and two brothers, Herman R. Hunter and George Bazemore, all of Suffolk.

A funeral of triumph will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2012, at 11 a.m. at the New Mount Joy Food for Living Ministries. Burial will be in Langston Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home of Emma Hunter, 114 Nancy Drive Apt. 109. Harris Funeral Home has been entrusted with the home going service.
