A Suffolk man was arrested Sunday after allegedly stabbing a man he found in his home.
Kenneth T. Skinner, 49, arrived at his North Fourth Street home after midnight Sunday and found his bedroom door was locked, city spokeswoman Debbie George said.
After he got into the bedroom, Skinner allegedly became involved in an altercation with a man he found in the room, George said. The suspect allegedly stabbed the victim in the buttocks.
George said the victim was visiting Skinner’s wife.
The victim was taken by ground ambulance to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
Skinner turned himself in at the police precinct on East Washington Street. He is charged with malicious wounding and shoot, stab, cut or wound.
