Dorothy Mae Flood (&uot;Dot&uot;) Owens died Saturday, Oct. 4, 2003, in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 9 at Six Street Baptist Church with the Rev. James Williams presiding. Burial will be held in Nansemond/Suffolk Cemetery.
