Fran Jones, James Manuel married in Williamsburg

Frances Holloway Jones and James Patrick Manuel were married Saturday, Jan. 3, 2004, in the Chapel of the Sir Christopher Wren Building at The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, by the Rev. Thomas Berlin.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. Martin Jones of Smithfield.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth D. Manuel of Danville.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her parents.
Her matron of honor was Katherine Hughes, and her bridesmaids were Susan Buccellato and Ruth Cetola, all sisters of the bride. The junior bridesmaid was Caroline Cetola, and the flower girls were Makayla and Olivia Buccellato, all nieces of the bride.
Mr. Kenneth Manuel, father of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Bryan Musselwhite, David Hodges, Dale Atkins, and Kevin Keyes, friends of the groom.
Music was provided by Richard Barnes. Mary-Randolph Scott served as mistress of ceremonies and Maria Park Bobroff was the scripture reader.
Following the ceremony, family and friends celebrated this special day with a reception at the Hospitality House in Williamsburg.
