Members of the Suffolk Rotary Club will learn more about Gov. Mark Warner’s tax reform plan this afternoon.

Warner is the guest speaker at the organization’s weekly meeting, scheduled for 1 p.m. today at the Elks Lodge #685, 329 W. Constance Road.

Warner is expected to detail his proposed tax reform plan and to answer questions from Rotarians, businesses leaders and citizens.
