‘Managing Knee, Hip Pain’
&uot;Managing Knee and Hip Pain&uot; is the title of a free program 2 to 3 p.m. Wednesday in Bon Secours Health Center at Harbour View, 5818 Harbour View Blvd., Suffolk. The one-hour seminar will be conducted by Terri Tokar, director of Maryview’s Joint Center. &uot;If you are over 40,&uot; said Tokar, &uot;and have knee or hip pain, stiffness or swelling, chances are you have arthritis of the knee or hip. ‘Angels have Wheels’
