Lakeland’s Steve Morean (pictured) didn’t get to score Monday as he did here last week against Northampton – all games for the Nansemond River Invitational were rained out, and rescheduled, weather permitting, for today. Rachel Bailor made her return to Lakeland’s softball team last week after a back injury kept her out for the beginning of the season. The Lady Cavaliers hope that Bailor will be able to take some weight off Lindsay Kelly’s pitching arm.
