James Kenneth Martin Sr., 70, of Windsor, died Thursday, April 22, 2004.

The graveside will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 26, in Holly Lawn Cemetery with the Rev. Dolan A. Talbert officiating.

There will be no public viewing.
