Barbara Lebel, a volunteer with Suffolk Meals On Wheels, was honored by Volunteer Hampton Roads on April 21as one of 20 outstanding volunteers serving Hampton Roads. Each volunteer was lauded at a dinner and award ceremony at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott for their remarkable service as role models in the Hampton Roads community.
