James Jerry Perkins, 50, of Gates, North Carolina, died on October 31, 2004. A celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, November 4, 2004 at 5 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home. Rev. David Dillon will officiate. The Interment is private. Friends may join the family for a time of fellowship one hour prior to the service and other times at the residence.
