Stephen Ensley Fuller, 61, of Windsor, Va., passed away Dec. 6, 2011.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, Dec. 10, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Colosse Baptist Church with the Rev. Tim Webb officiating. Burial will follow in Windsor Cemetery. Friends may join the family Friday night from 7 to 8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Va., for a time of visitation. Masonic and Eastern Star rites will begin at 7 p.m. that evening. Memorial donations may be made to Colosse Baptist Church at 6361 Rhodes Drive, Windsor, VA 23487.
