Mrs. Diane Richardson White, of 228 North Fourth St., went into eternal sleep on Friday, April 29, 2005 in the Chesapeake General Hospital. She was predeceased by her parents Edward Holley and Carrie Fenner. She was formerly employed with the Social Services Department and was a member of the New Life Apostolic Church of Chesapeake.

Her survivors include her husband, Fredrick White of Suffolk; daughter, Erika R. Hayes of Norfolk; three sons, Wayne Richardson and wife, Awilda, Kendall Richardson and Ronald Richardson and wife, Catrina, also of Suffolk. She will be missed by her five sisters, Erma Boone and husband, Shirley of Freeport, N.Y., Melinda Forbes and husband, Donald, of Norfolk, Mary Cheatham and husband, Alexander, of Suffolk, Brenda Taylor of Spring Valley, N.Y., Terry Harper and husband, Thomas; five brothers, Timmy Washington, Michael Fenner and wife, Dorothy, Eddie Johnson, Major Cherry and Kelly Hale all of Suffolk. She is also survived by two goddaughters, 10 grandchildren, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

A funeral of triumph will be held at 1 p.m. today at the New Life Apostolic Church, 730 Fink Lane in Chesapeake. The Elder Keith D. Newsome will be officiating.

The burial will be in the Canaan Baptist Church Cemetery, Suffolk. Visitation was held Wednesday at the Harris Funeral Home, 685 Carolina Road. The family will assemble at 11:45 a.m. at the residence of the family, 228 North Fourth Street for the funeral procession.
