SPD seek public’s help finding a missing teenager

SUFFOLK – Suffolk Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing female juvenile.

 Nyla Cook, 14, of Suffolk, was last seen on February 3, 2025, at her residence in 1400 block of Blythewood Lane in Suffolk.

 Cook is a black female with black hair and brown eyes. She is four-foot, ten-inches tall and approximately 100 pounds.

 She was last seen wearing light colored pajama pants and a dark colored hoodie with the word “DMAN” on the back.

 It is believed Cook may have run away with a friend.

 She is not believed to be in any danger at this time.

The investigation remains ongoing at this time, and there is no further information available for release.
