The 5th Annual Gowns for Crowns Prom Dress Expo will take place on Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at The Obici House in Suffolk, Virginia. This event, organized by the Nansemond River High School DECA Chapter, in partnership with The Obici House, C3 Concierge, and TD Capital Service Productions, offers free prom dresses and accessories to high school students from Hampton Roads, the Eastern Virginia Region, North Carolina, and surrounding areas. The initiative aims to ensure all young women can confidently attend prom, regardless of their financial situation. 

Students who wish to participate must register online at www.gownsforcrowns.com. All dresses will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Gowns for Crowns program is still accepting donations of new or gently used prom and formal gowns through March 7, 2025. Donations can be mailed or dropped off at Nansemond River High School. 

Community donors, local businesses, volunteers, and partners such as C3 Concierge, TD Capital Service Productions, The Obici House, and MyStorage support the event.
