An adult male died Monday night after being shot multiple times on Cedar Street in Suffolk, according to a media release from the Suffolk Police Department.

Suffolk Police responded to a call of gunshots fired in the 300 block of Cedar Street at approximately 7:20 p.m. on Nov. 25, 2024. When officers arrived, they found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Suffolk Fire & Rescue transported the man to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries. The victim’s identity was not released at the time of this report. Police are currently investigating the shooting.
