Suffolk Police seek assistance in locating missing teen

SUFFOLK, VA – Suffolk Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing male juvenile.
Jeffrey Michael Brent, age 17, of Suffolk, was last seen on October 15, 2024, in the 3700 block of Hosier Road. Brent is in the company of a 17-year-old black female. They are believed to be headed south to Louisiana with a final destination of Texas.
Brent is driving a 2022 blue Dodge Challenger with Virginia plates BLUBIUU. The vehicle was last seen near Gulfport, Mississippi.
Brent is a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is five-foot, five-inches tall and 127 pounds.
Brent has stated he has a firearm in the vehicle.
Neither Brent, nor the female he is with, appear to be in immediate danger.
The investigation remains ongoing at this time, and there is no further information available for release.
