Donald Eugene Richards passed away August 17, 2024. He was born in Suffolk, Virginia. He lived and worked in Norfolk for several years before moving back to Suffolk where he worked at several places throughout the city – The Box Co., Family Dollar, Fresh Pride, The Sparks Shop, The Salvation Army, and Good Will before he retired.

He was preceded in death by his father James Wilbur Richards Jr. and brother David Ethan Richards.

He leaves behind his mother Rachel G. Richards, sisters; Donna R. Leigh, Dianne R. Arrington (Gene), and Dawn R. Lester (Danny), brothers; Dana Richards, and Daryn Richards and a host of nieces and nephews.
