SUFFOLK, Virginia — Suffolk Police are investigating a single-vehicle crash on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2024. At approximately 7:30 p.m., Suffolk Police responded to the 6400 block of College Drive for an auto accident. Upon arrival, officers found an adult female had lost control of her motorcycle. The woman was transported to a local hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries.

No information on what caused the wreck has been released as the investigation is ongoing.
