Arthur Lee Hall of Suffolk, VA affectionately called “Jackhammer” departed this life on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Sentara Leigh Memorial Hospital in Norfolk, VA. A native of Nansemond County, VA, he was born on June 2, 1953, to the late Mack Hall, Sr. and Lillian Boone Hall.

He served in the United States Army and was a Carpenter.

He leaves to cherish his memories: two daughters, Ida Chesson of Suffolk, VA, and Kimberlie Moore of Norfolk, VA; one sister, Carolyn Powell (Alvin) of Suffolk, VA; one brother, Mack Hall, Jr. of Brandywine, MD; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral will be held Saturday August 3rd, 2024 @ 11:00 at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Suffolk, Va 23437 . Hunter Funeral Home in Ahoskie, NC is in charge.
