Phone and internet outage cancels SOLs for SPS students

A phone and internet outage caused by a cut fiber line near the John F. Kennedy Middle School construction site has canceled today’s standardized testing (SOLs). According to SPS, Spectrum is en route for emergency repairs.
The division has also suspended visitors due to Monday’s outage for the safety of its students and staff.
No other details have been provided at this time.
