Harrell Griffin Jory, a lifelong resident of Suffolk, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on March 31, 2024 at the age of 82. 

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at 4pm at Westminster Reformed Presbyterian Church with a visitation to follow. Burial with military honors will be private at Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery and held at a later date. Family and friends are welcome to visit the family at Harrell’s home.  Due to the limited number of flowers allowed at the burial service, the family strongly encourages you make a donation to one of the following in Harrell’s name: The Deacons fund at Westminster Church, the Travelers Protective Association Hearing Trust or the Dementia Foundation of America.
