SUFFOLK, Virginia — On March 1, 2024, in Suffolk, the City of Suffolk Fire Marshal’s Office announced the arrest of Mr. Alfred Dennis Russell,  69, by Suffolk Police at 10:00 a.m. in Portsmouth. Russell was wanted in connection with an arson incident on Monday, February 26, 2024. During the incident, Russell is alleged to have intentionally set fire to an occupied residence located in the 6200 block of Leafwood Road in Suffolk and then fled the scene. No injuries were reported during the incident,
