Suffolk, Virginia — According to a release from the Suffolk Police Department, on Feb. 29, 2024, at approximately 5:58 p.m, the Suffolk 911 Center received a call for service regarding a person shot in the 200 block of North 4th Street in Suffolk. The victim, identified as a 16-year-old male, received treatment on-site from Suffolk Fire and Rescue before being transported to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
