James Edward White, Jr., 69, peacefully passed away on Feb. 20, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. 

A funeral service will be held Saturday, Feb. 24, 2024 at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, with Rev. Michael D. Halley officiating. A time of visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 1–2 p.m. Entombment will follow at Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery.
