John H. Sheally II, 80, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2023.
A memorial service will be held from 11 a.m. to noon Thursday, Dec. 14 at Bible World Church in Chesapeake. Following the service, a funeral will take place at noon at the church. A burial with military honors will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 15, at Albert G. Horton Jr. Veterans Cemetery.
John attended Hopewell High School. He worked for The Virginian-Pilot newspaper. John served in the U.S. Navy.
