Grand Jury indicts 58 on 125 charges

The Suffolk Circuit Court Grand Jury returned 125 indictments against 58 people Monday on charges ranging from possession of drugs and assault and battery, to arson, fraud, carjacking and child abuse.
Among those previously reported from the March 27 Grand Jury are indictments against three people in connection with murders in Suffolk. Preston Otis Davis, faces 12 felony and four misdemeanor indictments that include a count of first degree murder and one count of second degree murder. Three felony indictments were returned against Ronald Richardson that include one count of first degree murder and one count of second degree murder. Antonio Larnell Melton faces four felony indictments with one of those being second degree murder.
The following indictments were returned against the individuals by the Grand Jury:
Aisling Anderson — Possession of stolen vehicle
Calvin Fleming Beale — Assault and battery of family member third-plus offense
Jeffrey Michael Bernier — Grand larceny, assault on law enforcement/Department of Corrections person (three counts)
Purushottam Bhuriel — Lottery ticket larceny greater than/equal to $200 (direct indictment, capias), obtain money under false pretenses greater than/equal to $200 (direct indictment, capias)
Willis Donte Blow — Felon possessing a weapon/ammunition (not gun), violent felon possessing/transporting a weapon
Clyde Mccoy Boone — Possession with intent to distribute schedule I/II drugs second offense
Dashaun Donnell Butts — Grand larceny-auto theft
Dinia Mae Cuffee — False statement on criminal history consent, nonviolent felon possessing gun within 10 years
Tevion Romello Davis-McCray — Malicious wounding
Dara Dennis — Elude/disregard police
Chuck Terrell Eley – Arson-dwelling usually occupied
Larry Sean Everett — Driving while intoxicated-drugs third offense within five years
William Allen Freeman — Sex offender failing to register (two counts-first and second offenses)
Antonio Galloway — Possession of schedule I/II drugs
Tivontre Gatling-Mouzon — Felon possessing weapon/ammunition (not gun)
Marcus Tyquawn Green III — Possession with intent to distribute marijuana ½ ounce to five pounds, possession of gun with selling one pound-plus of marijuana
Johnathan Grady Hallman — Assault on law enforcement/Department of Corrections person, child abuse-disregard life
Justin Bryce Hamilton — Destruction of property greater than/equal to $1,000
Andrea Maurice Hawkins — Construction fraud greater than $1,000
Deshawn Leon Holly — Possession of schedule I/II drugs (two counts), eluding/disregarding police
Rachel Lashawn Huggins — Driving while intoxicated-third offense within five years, driving with revoked license (direct indictment, capias)
Kevin Jackson — Assault on law enforcement/Department of Corrections person (two counts)
Stacy Veranter Johnson — Assault on law enforcement/Department of Corrections person (direct indictment, capias)
Calvin Nowell Jones — False statement on criminal history consent
Darmy Lucian Jones — Felon possessing weapon/ammunition (not gun), possession with intent to distribute marijuana-one ounce to five pounds
Jennifer Renee Jones — Assault on law enforcement/Department of Corrections person
Travis Tremain Jones — Prisoner-delivering drugs synthetic, prisoner possessing marijuana/schedule III drugs
Brittany Nichole Kenner — Possession of schedule I/II drugs (two counts)
Joseph Bernard Lamb — Carjacking, robbery-using force, abduction by force/intimidation (all counts direct indictments, capias)
Kameron L. Leonard — Possession with intent to distribute marijuana greater than one ounce to five pounds
Miguel Antonio Lopez — Failure to stop accident greater than $1,000
