Seminole Trail Properties purchases Commonwealth Commerce Center for $33.5 million

The Commonwealth Commerce Center, a 696,484-square foot, multi-tenant, nine-building industrial park located at 324-340 Moore Avenue.
Seminole Trail Properties acquired the asset for $33,500,000 and will be managed by Seminole Trail Management, according to a news release from Cushman and Wakefield, which represented Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group in the sale.
Commonwealth Commerce Center benefits from its strategic location for logistics with one-day rail and highway access to 70% of the U.S. population and is 100%-occupied by a strong and diversified tenant roster, according to the release. The property is situated on 36.597 acres and includes direct rail access via a Norfolk Southern/CSX rail spur and includes 85 dock doors with 28-foot average clear heights.
