James Milton Culliton Jr., 75, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022. He was the son of the late James Milton Culliton and Pauline Carter Culliton of Newport News. He was predeceased by his son, James Milton Culliton III; brother, E. Morgan Culliton and brother-in-law, LH Rawls III.

James received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Campbell University and a Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University. He worked in banking, accounting and insurance. He was an active member of Suffolk Christian Church and the Chuckatuck Rotary Club.

James is survived by his wife, Linda Rawls Culliton; daughter, Leslie Rawls Culliton and a precious granddaughter, Savannah Grace Hendricker. He was a great husband, father and

grandfather.
