Lawrence O. Tucker,  62, of North Capital Street, transitioned Monday, Nov. 15, 2021, at Accordius Health at Nansemond Pointe. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 9, in the Melvin J. Blowe Chapel. Professional services with dignity have been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home Inc.
