Henrietta “Schooly” Cherry, 79, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 24, 2021. Public viewing will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 31, at Crocker Funeral Home. A homecoming service will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 1, at St. Mary Church of God in Christ, 3637 Nansemond Parkway, with Pastor Dwight Nixon presiding. Service has been entrusted to Crocker Funeral Home.
