Mr. Phillip Raymond Bell Jr., of Suffolk, departed this earthly life on June 26, 2021, in Rochester, N.Y. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 3, at the Friendship Cathedral COGIC Church in Chuckatuck. The burial will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery.
