Police investigate shooting

Suffolk Police are investigating a shooting that happened early Sunday.

The shooting was reported at 3:06 a.m. in the 300 block of Central Avenue, according to a city press release.

Two adult male victims were suffering from gunshot wounds when police arrived on scene. They were treated by Suffolk Fire & Rescue and taken to an area hospital with injuries not considered life-threatening.

The incident remains under investigation. No additional information is available for release.
