Police are investigating two more armed robberies that happened early Thursday, believed to be committed by the same suspect who robbed a Pruden Boulevard store on Wednesday.
The latest robberies were reported at about 2:30 a.m. at the Speedway in the 1500 block of Holland Road, and at 4:49 a.m. at the 7-Eleven in the 800 block of Carolina Road.
In both incidents, the suspect entered the front door, displayed a long gun and demanded money. He fled on foot with an undetermined amount of money in both incidents. There were no injuries.
It is believed to be the same man who robbed the BP Station in the 2800 block of Pruden Boulevard at 3:33 a.m. Wednesday. He was wearing the same clothing — a black hoodie with a large winged bird design across the chest, blue jeans, black face mask and dark shoes.
