A vehicle struck a house in the 300 block of Suburban Drive on Monday morning.

The accident was reported at 11:09 a.m., according to a city press release. The vehicle, a white SUV, left the roadway and hit the house, as well as a mailbox. The driver was transported to a hospital with minor injuries. No other injuries were reported, the press release stated.

Suffolk Planning & Community Development Department building officials have responded to confirm the structural integrity of the building. No determination has been made at this time.

The incident remains under investigation.
