To the editor:

Hypocrisy reigns.

Where was the condemnation and outrage by the left when many of our cities were decimated last year? Barely a word was said, because the riots were perpetrated by democratic constituents.

The lawless intrusion into our Capitol was criminal, and the guilty need to be held accountable.

The irony lies in the fact that the ruling class of politicians want swift retribution for acts that affect them, while turning a blind eye to the mayhem their citizenry was experiencing last summer. No politicians lost their job or their paycheck — not so for business owners and their employees.

Could it be that a prime motivator for the march on the Capitol was the pent-up anger over the continuing double standards that millions of patriotic Americans are experiencing from the left and their co-conspirators, the mass media? Unfortunately, the quick rush to judgment has condemned over 70 million of us before the facts have come out.
