Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam recently announced the following appointments of Suffolk residents to his administration.

• Carmina Teresa V. Bautista MSN, RN, FNP-BC, BC-ADM of Suffolk, executive director of the Philippine Nurses Association of America Inc., was appointed to the Board of Health Professions.
• Dennis Lites Jr., of Suffolk, vice president of Predictive Analytics, PRA Group, was appointed to the Virginia Board for People with Disabilities.
